Delivery and Payment

Finished jewelry is shipped via Czech Post, PPL, and Zásilkovna.

The Standard shipping fee is 99 CZK. Zásilkovna costs 85 CZK. PPL costs 80 CZK. Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days – depending on the carrier.

Standard, PPL, and Zásilkovna shipping are free for orders over 1600 CZK.

We also offer guaranteed next-day delivery of finished jewelry via EMS Czech Post. The price for this service is 159 CZK.

You can also pick up your jewelry in person at markets or in Olomouc.

We use cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes to package the jewelry.
