On this page, we want to explain the context and details of our work to our customers. Producing our jewelry usually takes 5–10 days, but there are many factors that can extend this time. The current production time is shown in the red banner here on the website. If you’re in a hurry or want to arrange the purchase of a ready-made piece, write to us and we’ll try to find a solution. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Custom Production

All our jewelry is made to order. The production of some pieces (such as the Double Drop collection) can take up to 6 days. Our jewelry is handmade, it’s a precise process, and sometimes your piece may simply not turn out as planned — so we have to start over. We need time to create it properly.

Personalized Jewelry

A huge advantage of our jewelry, which customers love, is the level of personalization. But collecting and processing your own sand or preparing your photos takes us quite a bit of time. That, too, can affect how long it takes to complete your order.

Family Business

Behind this brand are just two people — Lenka and Honza. We’re a married couple with two small children. So the rhythm of our family life can also affect production time. We chose the path of our own business because we want the freedom to travel. Twice a year, we close the e-shop for a few weeks and go on a trip.

Markets

We sell our jewelry at various markets across Europe, but most often in Prague. Sometimes we go through busy periods when we’re attending markets up to 3 weekends a month. That can also affect how quickly we’re able to fulfill e-shop orders.
